Daily FTE Grid

Each cell is the FTE for that group on that day. Hover a cell to see the task(s). Scroll horizontally to see the full timeline.
Note: cells are rounded to 0.1 FTE, so adding the visible cells may differ slightly from the exact totals in the summary above.

Multi-Run FTE Grid (up to 3 runs)

Overlay up to three staggered runs on one grid. The run rate sets how often a harvest happens: rate 1 = a harvest every week (7 days apart), rate 0.5 = every 2 weeks (14 days), rate 0.33 = every 3 weeks (21 days). Harvest dates always fall on 7-day multiples. Each cell shows the combined FTE; cells are tinted by which run contributes (blended where runs overlap).
Note: cells are rounded to 0.1 FTE, so adding the visible cells may differ slightly from the exact totals in the summary above.

Planning add-ons (experimental) — each section below is standalone.

1. Calendar Timeline (real dates)

Map the relative "Day 0" to a real date. The daily FTE load is re-labeled with actual calendar dates for the current department view. Weekends (Sat/Sun) are shaded — for the OPP ballroom, only unstoppable upstream culture work (cell counts, feeds, inoculation) should land there.

2. Peak FTE & Recommended Headcount

Staffing is driven by the peak, not the average. Set a buffer to size headcount.

3. Capacity Line & Overload

Enter your available FTE. Days that exceed capacity are highlighted; the chart draws your capacity as a reference line.

4. Combined MSAT + OPP Daily Demand

Both departments' daily FTE stacked on one timeline — shows whether MSAT and OPP peak at the same time (independent of the toggle above).
